These results constitute the constructing block to develop a solid calculation of the energy input, revenue potential and thus feasibility of a project.

Mistakes on the methane potential and other parameters are often done due false assumptions, lack of equipment and not qualified personnel. Each residue has a unique nature. There are not two residues that produce the same amount of energy. The chemical properties determination should be tailor-made to avoid mistakes and misleading assumptions. “Garbage data-input rides to garbage data-output” this is just as true as for any calculation.

Foreseen and avoid inhibition effects due toxic elements build-up
Know the optimal mixture of feedstocks to run the process at the optimum set-point and lowest cost (co-digestion break even point).
Process modelling and behaviour with feedstock changes and external perturbations.

A continuous load experiment with your substrate(s) is the key aspect towards the optimal design, performance and financial results of your investment.
